How Auction Works


Identify the Property

Take note of the description, address and the relevant information of the property you are interested in.

Inspect the Property

Inspect the property for its external condition and surrounding area if it is not vacant.




Contact 012-356 3866 to check property background & hidden costs and submit your bidder registration to get a copy of POS & COS.

Relevant Checking on the Property

Do a caveat search and to seek legal advice on the property.



Prepare Bank Draft

Prepare a bank draft equivalent to 10% of the reserve price. Be prepared to top up the difference between the 10% of the final sold price immediately after the auction.

Register on the Auction Day

On the day of auction, register yourself. A bidding card with number will be issued to identify the registered bidder during the auction.




Bidder is to raise his/her hand to signify his/her interest to bid for the property. The successful bidder is identified as the highest offer or during the bidding process.

Successful Bid

Sign the Sales Contract. Bidder will be advised to collect the stamped Contract at a later time. Contact any bank to arrange for bank loans.


Loss Bid

Proceed to the registration counter to take back relevant document and bank draft without any charges.
