16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be deemed to be made and executed in Malaysia. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The Parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
