RPGT: Property transfer must be reported to LHDN within 60 days
Both parties involved in any property ownership transfer transactions in Malaysia are required to report to the (HASiL)
PETALING JAYA: There will be a one-day trial road closure of Persiaran Bandar Utama (PBU) at the intersection with the LDP highway beginning from 12.01am on Jan 26 till 12.01am on Jan 27.
The full closure of the road is necessary to facilitate preparatory works for the launching of segmental box girders across PBU, which forms part of the elevated MRT guide way.
The road closure is to enable highway authorities to study the impact of traffic flow along PBU before the girders are installed in February.
During the one-day closure, motorists from the LDP highway (Kepong-bound) wanting to turn into PBU will be diverted 150m ahead where they can turn left into Lebuh Bandar Utama to access the Bandar Utama area via internal roads.
Motorists wanting to exit the LDP highway by using PBU will also be diverted to use the internal roads and exit via Lebuh Bandar Utama.
