KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Rakyat is dedicated to fostering home ownership, particularly among first-time buyers, through its Carnival Rumah Impian initiative.
According to Datuk Dr. Mohammad Hanis Osman, the bank's chief executive officer, individuals, especially those grappling with the decision to purchase their dream homes, should take advantage of this event.
In addition to providing various affordable housing options, Bank Rakyat will present enticing promotions and offers.
Mohammad Hanis highlighted that homebuyers can benefit from lower profit rates and refinancing options to ease their monthly financial burdens.
Last year's carnival witnessed significant participation from homebuyers. Now in its second year, this year's carnival will feature 10 prominent real estate developers, including Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd, Astrum Ampang Sdn Bhd, and Medan Prestasi Sdn Bhd (MK Land Bhd), among others.
The four-day event will take place at the Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat in Kuala Lumpur until March 1.
