Marking nearly four decades of presence in the auctioneering industry, NCM Co celebrates “38 Years of Auction Excellence”, reflecting its long-standing service in facilitating property and asset transactions across Malaysia.

This year’s carnival will showcase over 700 property listings and 80 vehicles, all available for bidding in a dynamic and open hall environment. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with free entry for all visitors. Guests can also expect complimentary gifts and an opportunity to win lucky draw prizes worth up to RM15,000.

Adding a cultural touch, an Art Auction will take place on the following day, 24th July 2025 (Thursday) at 12:30 PM, featuring selected works from homegrown Malaysian artists — providing a platform for local creativity while inviting both collectors and art appreciators to participate.
